Ipser & Associates, Inc. (I&A) is a Fort Worth based firm, chartered in the State of Texas, engaged in market surveys and research, business analysis and feasibility evaluation. The company was established in February 1981 to provide innovative, comprehensive, and cost-effective consulting services to both the private and public sectors.
EXPERIENCE
A large share of the company business involves some form of property analysis and evaluation. Consequently, our staff members know what factors are critical for the timing and success of real estate developments.

Among the projects are surveys and studies conducted under contract with local Housing Authorities, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Farmers Home Administration (in several states), City and County Governments, numerous developers throughout the nation, manufacturers, financial institutions, a national hospital chain, retirement centers throughout the Southwest, non profit community service agencies, utility companies, and political candidates.
I&A staff are knowledgeable in every phase of survey research from questionnaire construction, sample selection, data entry, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results. This specialization has allowed I&A to develop and refine methods and techniques for efficient collection and analysis of information. I&A has developed computer software programs and models specifically for the analysis of questionnaire data. The scope of the studies conducted in the eleven years I&A has been in operation range from small, specialized research to large nation wide surveys.

DATA ANALYSIS
I&A has developed specialized models and custom software tailored to determination of feasibility, i.e., financial pro formas, buying power analysis, housing demand projections, statistical processing of survey data, etc. Data compilation, analysis, and report preparation are fully computerized. In house equipment includes four personal computers, two laptops, laser and color printers, and other equipment necessary for the production of professional quality reports. In addition, all professional staff have home computers compatible with the in house machines.

I&A serves a wide range of clients, from public agencies, financial and investment institutions, regional and national health care organizations, large manufacturers and some of the larger national development concerns, as well as small companies that are contemplating their first venture.
